We want you to be completely satisfied with your cheongsam purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we accept return requests within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product
- Product must not have any damage, stains, or odors
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been worn or washed
- Custom or specially ordered products
- Sale or clearance items (unless there is a quality issue)
- Products beyond the 14-day return period
- Damage caused by customer
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, product information, and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and return address
- Securely package the product and ship to the designated address
- Keep the return shipping tracking number for reference
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email.
- If the return is approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal account)
- Refund amount is the product price, excluding original shipping fees
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (unless due to product quality issues)
6. Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange for a different size or color, please request a return first, then place a new order for the desired product. This ensures you get the product you need and avoids inventory issues.
7. Product Quality Issues
If you receive a product with quality issues or damage:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Provide clear photos of the product issue
- We will cover the return shipping costs
- You can choose a full refund or free replacement

- Ensure the product is unworn and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
